If you have a question about a Spamnix Software product, we provide the following resources to help:
Spamnix support:
- Getting Started: Once installed, Spamnix displays a Getting Started Wizard the first time you start Eudora that introduces you to how to use the program. To view it again, select Eudora's Tools menu (on MacOS X, the Special menu) and Spamnix: Getting Started Wizard.
- Spamnix Online Help: The Spamnix user's manual, which describes all aspects of the Spamnix product.
- Spamnix FAQs: A list of Frequent Asked Questions about Spamnix and Eudora, and their answers.
Attach Reminder support:
- Attach Reminder Online Help: The Attach Reminder user's manual, which describes all aspects of the Attach Reminder product.
General support:
- support@spamnix.com: If you cannot find the answer to your question anywhere else, send us email. If you already have a Spamnix Software product installed, please select Eudora's Message menu, Attach, and the Attach Files for Technical Support menu item for the product you need help with before sending the message; this will provide us with useful information with which to help you.
- Feedback: You can also send us feedback using our Feedback form.
Note that we do not guarantee support to Trial mode users, but we often provide it anyway.
